General Information
NutriMed Cure provides professional clinical nutrition consultations, personal training services, educational content, and wellness resources. All services are intended to support health and wellbeing, but do not replace medical advice from a doctor or licensed healthcare provider.
Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be made in advance via our website.

Payment is required at the time of booking (unless otherwise arranged).

Packages and programs are non-transferable and valid for the individual named at booking.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may incur a 50–100% cancellation fee.

No-shows are non-refundable.

If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for change of mind or missed appointments. Refunds for packages or programs may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of NutriMed Cure.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate health and medical information. You must inform your practitioner/trainer of any health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or changes to your health prior to sessions. Exercise and nutrition advice is given based on your current status — following guidance is your responsibility.
Privacy and Confidentiality

All personal information collected is kept confidential and securely stored.

Information will not be shared with third parties without written consent, unless required by law.
Online Services

You are responsible for having a stable internet connection for online consultations.

NutriMed Cure is not responsible for technical issues on the client’s side that may interfere with sessions.

- NutriMed Cure practitioners do not diagnose or treat medical conditions unless otherwise qualified and authorised to do so.
Agreement
By booking and attending a session with NutriMed Cure, you agree to these terms and conditions.
