NutriMed Cure – Terms and Conditions

Scope of Practice & Disclaimer

NutriMed Cure provides nutritional consulting services by a qualified Clinical Nutritionist registered in Australia and operating in accordance with professional standards set by the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA).

Services are strictly educational and aimed at supporting general health and wellbeing. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are encouraged to consult with their General Practitioner (GP) or other licensed healthcare professionals for the management of medical conditions.

All recommendations are based on the information provided by the client through consultations and intake forms and are delivered within the recognised scope of clinical nutrition practice in Australia. Where a client’s needs fall outside this scope, appropriate referrals will be made to medical or allied health professionals.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card and other options offered on the booking platform.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with no charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full consultation fee.

  • Refunds are not available for completed consultations or downloadable products.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information during the intake and consultation process. Results and outcomes may vary depending on individual adherence to recommendations, pre-existing conditions, and lifestyle factors.

NutriMed Cure accepts no liability for adverse outcomes arising from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow provided guidance.

Referrals & Collaboration

If during consultation a concern arises that falls outside the scope of clinical nutrition practice, NutriMed Cure will refer the client to an appropriate General Practitioner or allied health professional. Collaborative care is encouraged where necessary to support the client’s overall wellbeing.
